We got a kick out of how silly you look when wearing one of these but in all seriousness they are awesome if you suffer from chronic headaches or migraines. It is super soft and comfortable to wear, not too tight to cause further pain from pressure on the head but snug enough to keep it in place. There is a great amount of stretch to it as well, it fits my kids head as well as mine without issue.

I'm pregnant so I don't like to take a lot of medications even if it's just Tylenol, so this is a great relief for my headaches! it works almos immediately, I only use it cold. The plus is the little bag it comes with

This thick, neoprene wrap holds around my head fantastically well. Holds the cold and hot temperature for a long time. I’ve used it more with cold and it works great from the refrigerator or the freezer. Make sure it is room temperature before microwaving so that it properly heats evenly. So far, I love this item!

Worth the money!

My husband just had sinus surgery and had an awful headache which was to be expected. So I ordered this product in anticipation of his pain. It just slips on your head, no straps or Velcro to mess with. You can use it cold or warm it up. Since it is 30 degrees outside, I placed it in the bag we received it in and placed it outside for an hour or so. He said it felt great! I’m so glad we have it!!!!

It’s amazing just buy it. I usually leave it in the freezer and let it sit out for 15 minutes before putting it on. You could keep it in the fridge and use it right away but I find this way it’s a little bit colder and lasts a little longer.

I suffer from migraines weekly so I try EVERYTHING. I've had a migraine hat similar to this before, but I didn't like it because the ice was so cold and so hard on your head. I love that this version uses gel that way it's flexible and actually feels nice when you put it on your forehead. Now, I wouldn't say this is a miracle solution for migraines because we all know those don't exist. But, it did really feel good while I had it on. I was able to just lay down, close my eyes, and relax. And bonus points because it blocked out light as well which we know is a trigger when you have a migraine. Overall I'd say give it a try, it might be soothing for you.

Okay, I really, really like this! It works incredibly well for headaches and migraines. I would recommend having at least two head wraps so that you can use one for 15/20 minutes, then switch it with the other that's in the fridge/freezer. This wrap has the gel in the front half; my other wrap has the gel all the way around. I think it's nice to have one of each, as headaches can be different. Also, this feels really great right out of the freezer. The one that has gel all the way around can often be too cold out of the freezer, so I'm more likely to keep it in the fridge.Also, perhaps I have a big head (22.5 inches in circumference at the level of my forehead). The one with gel all the way around can feel too tight; this one stretches more and fits perfectly.Finally, this head wrap comes with a very nice bag to keep it in when it's in the freezer. All in all, this one is my favorite. :-)

To all the people saying that it doesn’t stay cold very long 15 to 20 minutes is about all you’re going to get out of an ice pack anyway….. for this it came to my house early It was already cold because it’s winter outside so I slapped it on my head, and instantly my head felt better. I’ve had a headache for three days. I put it in the freezer and it got cold and about 30 to 45 minutes enough that I could put it back on and I got online and ordered two more so that I can rotate them. I’ve been waiting a long time to order this because it was rather expensive but I decided to go ahead and give it a go and I’m glad I did . Don’t wait it’s worth it. Fits my head fine and isn’t tight when I pull it over my eyes, I was actually able to fall asleep.

I have Multiple Sclerosis and this has helped me in so many ways to make it through the bad days when the medicine isn't working fast enough or at all.

It may look silly, but this headache relief cap is helpful.The cap has a good amount of gel but it's not all the way around. Nothing that is scratchy or pokey. Easy to slide off and on. I froze the cap for a few hours and slid on in the evening when I knew I would start to feel the aches and pains of looking at a screen too long. The combination of relaxation, pressure, and cool worked well for me but I would like the gel all the way around the cap for those tension headache areas. It's quite cold at the beginning, you may consider sitting it out for a few minutes for pulling it over your head.

I wear this cap when I have a headache, when I’m hungover, or if I need to sleep when it’s light out. I love how it always stays slightly cool even if it hasn’t been in the fridge/freezer. Pair these with some good earplugs and you won’t know where you are!

Excellent! I had never thought that something simple like cold compress could improve my headache so much. Relieves at the time is impressive. The material looks of adequate quality. The only problem is that it heats up more or less fast in about 20 to 30 min, so I'm thinking of buying a second to take turns. I recommend a lot to migraine sufferers like me!

I was skeptical, because I've suffered with migraines for years. This doesn't eliminate them, but it does help. You can use it cold or warm, it's safe in the microwave. I like that it helps darken my space and provides some relaxation.

I've been dealing with migraines and cluster headaches for decades now with little relief. This at least helps a bit (which is all I can ask). I've tried dozens (if not over a hundred) different things for migraines. While some help a bit, most others do absolutely nothing (or makes things worse in some cases). This helps! Once in place, it feels GREAT! Even without a migraine, this feels amazing in the summer! I could fall asleep with this on. There's a bit of space where I can open my eyes while it's in place, which gives the impression that I'm in a dark room. It doesn't press to hard against my ears either, which is great for noise canceling earpods as well! One downside, it doesn't seem to stay cold as long as I'd like it to. Even putting it on right after taking it out of the freezer, it seems to stay really cold for about 20-25 minutes before reaching room temp, and a few more minutes to reach body temp. I'm not sure much can be done while still keeping it thin and flexible, so I'm okay with this. It cools back down quickly, so it's not a big deal to me.I resigned that nothing will actually take away my migraines many years ago. Anything that gives ANY relief is a plus in my book. This gives some relief, so it makes me happy, and I can recommend it!

I love how it keeps the light out of my eyes and covers my entire head unlike most ice packs. Although it only stays cold for like 20 minutes until I have to put it back in the freezer, that’s the most relaxing 20 mins I get while I have my migraines. I ordered another one to alternate them back and forth and I personally think it’s worth doing that than messing with any of the other ice packs I’ve used. How long it stays cold is my only complaint, so I just invested in another, problem solved.

Sincerely? I love it! I have regular migraines and the times I used it, it helped me a lot. It also presses my head a little and helps regulate the pressure
